The tariffs issue climbed up a few notches this month in the news online, right after you published this piece, so of course I became curious, Fortune just stated that four Southeast Asia countries, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia are now the target of the US administration, having slapped 3,521% duties on imports of solar panels manufactured in these countries accusing manufacturers there of dumping products on the U.S. market.

wow, ouch, but did the American news media or any of the British and European media report on solar panel dumping in the usa because this would not just have started with Trump in office? was it ongoing for years and only now the new Administration is taking measures to circumvent tech dumping in the usa? or is this a fabricated pretense and the usa is displeased with those countries for their political alliances with ummmm… China?….

so the Administration is ripping their arms and legs from their sockets (economically of course, that is not war, economics and business wars are not as damaging as actual war, just starve out the population) imagine those impoverished countries having invested so precious little extra funds they have (encouraged by US cooperation advisors a decade ago) as to grow into Western style societies and to supply the usa with cheaper components than Taiwan, Japan and China to keep prices low for the benefit of the usa only to be completely backstabbed and blocked off. Definitely a “level playing field” and open competition
