I am keeping an open mind but I am like Bernie, I am thinking this article goes too far in connecting the dots and it is perhaps a very clever entertainment piece, this just can’t be what is going on, my god you know how many people would be all over this?????? from government to industry, a huge long parade of outraged persons would have pointed angry fingers at the utilities who did this, sooooooo I dont think this article is anything more than a fluff piece, sorry.  😡
