I dont think anything this outrageous can be real, its too much to believe so many parties all over the USA had a hand in this and no one has pointed any fingers earlier or blew the whistle, this just does NOT add up, feels like an overblown report.  Sorry West Coast Midnght Run and Pierre Maertin, you may have done your homework but when its time for a sanity check, it just does not hold water.  This is ridiculous!
