little Yoda is standing behind me chuckling at your comment.  The United States government is possibly the most corrupt in the world, not only we have the largest assembly of organized crime groups ever seen on the face of the planet but they have an invisible system of banking and it operates on the simplest of principles, pay and we look the other way.  From the Irish and Italian Mafias to the Japanese and Chinese Yakuza and Triad to the Central American and Cuban Cartels, they all operate in the good ole USA.
