Contractors submit plans and documents as a matter of moda operandi, it’s essential to their work, keeping records is the first and foremost priority of any administrative center for a city or borough, its their very first priority, how else do they control fraud or maintain working knowledge of what is in the ground and what equipment and installations are being used by their folks? I know of townships that are 500 people in size and their planning department have everything organized and records thoroughly maintained.
This is a borough of several thousand residents and A FACTORY that is selling nationwide. How does this borough control quality or safety????? So this place is out of control??? How does this a-hole dare defend their administrative department in this manner?
